Job Summary
As a Service Technician for Security Systems, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of electronic security solutions for both commercial and private clients. Your day-to-day activities involve the professional installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various systems, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, video surveillance, and access control systems. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting and fault rectification, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction. Beyond technical tasks, you will document your work, provide on-site consultations, and instruct clients on system operations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience

- Practical experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in customer-facing roles and providing technical instructions
