Job Summary
As a Drone Technician at CopterTec, you will join a specialized team of experts focused on DJI Enterprise technology. Your daily responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing high-end drone systems as part of an express repair service, setting up new devices for 'Ready to Fly' status, and performing software updates. Beyond technical maintenance, you will engage in diverse projects such as building custom developments, assisting with video productions, and supporting surveying projects or trade fairs. This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and technical variety. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or a related technical field is preferred; however, career changers with relevant technical skills are explicitly encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Professional experience in electronics, media technology, photography, or IT preferred
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and hardware maintenance
- Previous experience with drone systems or DJI products is beneficial but not mandatory as training is provided
- Experience in customer communication and technical support

- Valid Class B driver's license required for field assignments and pickups. Position is a full-time (40h) on-site role in Kürten (D-51515). Must be eligible for a permanent full-time employment contract.
