Job Summary
As an IT Systems Manager in Scharnstein, Austria, you will take full ownership of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of both on-premise and cloud-based Windows servers. Your daily responsibilities include managing network components, firewalls, and communication systems ranging from telephony to mobile devices. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing technical support and troubleshooting for software solutions like Office 365, CAD, and ERP systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT administration and sound IT knowledge
- Proven expertise within the current Microsoft environment (Office 365, Teams)
- Experience managing server systems and network technology
- Experience coordinating with external service providers and software manufacturers
