Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician in Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in maintaining high production standards for a prominent metal processing company in Hagen. Your daily responsibilities include conducting precise measurements of manufactured parts using advanced 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), 3D scanners, digital measuring stations, and Keyence equipment. You will be responsible for documenting all inspection results, creating Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR/EMPB), and monitoring the ongoing production process to identify deviations. Additionally, you will handle complaint processing and ensure that all quality protocols are strictly followed. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in metalworking or electronics.
