Job Summary

This role sits within the Portfolio Strategy and Project Management Methods department of a major European banking IT provider. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's cross-departmental project management process (PMOplus) adheres to strict regulatory requirements. Your daily activities will include developing and operating an internal control system (ICS), selecting project samples for annual audits, and conducting independent control actions to verify compliance. You will document results, provide feedback to project teams, and generate management reports that serve as proof of effectiveness. Beyond auditing, you will collaborate with process managers to continuously improve project management standards and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.
