Daily responsibilities include managing correspondence with social security and supplementary insurance providers, handling reporting requirements, and serving as the primary contact for employee time tracking and travel expense accounting. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant, Social Security Specialist, or Administrative Assistant (Angestelltenprüfung I). Alternatively, a qualification as a Bank Clerk, Certified Management Accountant, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Professional experience in payroll accounting is required, particularly if applying with a banking or accounting background.
  • Experience in managing social security and supplementary insurance reporting.
  • Proven experience in administrative or tax-related professional environments.
  • Experience with specialized HR software applications (ideally LOGA and enaio).
