This role sits at the intersection of tax accounting and information technology within a growing service firm of 120 employees. As a member of the Digitalization Team, you will be responsible for building and configuring data interfaces between clients, authorities, and institutions. Your day-to-day involves optimizing accounting processes, advising colleagues and clients on digital workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange. You will play a key role in cross-departmental IT projects, process documentation, and data analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training, such as Management Assistant for Digitalization Management, Tax Assistant, or a similar tax-related professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a tax-related role or as a Tax Assistant is highly preferred
- Practical experience in digitalizing accounting processes and workflows
- Proven experience in managing data interfaces and technical communication between departments
- Experience working with DATEV software solutions is beneficial for rapid onboarding
