Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the infrastructure facilities within a specific district to ensure the safe, punctual, and economical maintenance and operation of electrical power systems for DB InfraGO AG. As a District Manager, you will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to your team, acting as a professional role model while managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Beyond routine maintenance, you are responsible for rapid fault clearance during unforeseen events, secondary construction supervision, and detailed inspection evaluations. You will also coordinate with the Federal Railway Authority for audits and acceptance tests. This position is unique because it offers a fully paid qualification program, including mentoring, to prepare you for these demanding leadership tasks.
