Job Summary

This role involves taking departmental responsibility for the HTS production area, focusing on the development of protection devices for hermetic transformers. Key responsibilities include analyzing and addressing customer complaints to ensure lasting fault resolution, generating initial sample test reports, and creating technical documentation. The position also requires designing, building, and maintaining mechanical and electrical test benches. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments like Quality, Purchasing, and Production, leading technical discussions, even in challenging situations.
