As an IT Specialist, you will manage a robust technical infrastructure including approximately 50 Windows servers and 200 IGEL ThinClients. Your daily responsibilities involve administering network components from major vendors like HP, Cisco, and Sophos, while overseeing virtualization environments powered by VMWare, Citrix, and DataCore. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clinical staff, managing both standard Office applications and specialized Hospital Information Systems (CGM Clinical). Additionally, you will handle cloud services via Microsoft Entra and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Required Skills

Experience
