Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer based in Essen, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and creation of circuit diagrams, wiring sketches, and cable tables using EPLAN Electric P8. Your daily activities involve dimensioning and selecting electrotechnical components based on both functional and economic criteria, ensuring all designs comply with international safety standards such as IEC and DIN VDE. You will act as a technical pivot point, collaborating closely with project management and various specialist departments to ensure successful project execution. Beyond design, you will support the commissioning and technical testing of systems and controls while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
