Job Summary

As a Maintenance Engineer for Building Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the reliability and availability of building technology systems. Your day-to-day activities involve analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing maintenance processes, conducting root cause analyses to derive preventive measures, and overseeing the introduction of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. You will act as a key collaborator between facility management, technical departments, and operations to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or a comparable technical role
  • Experience in the analysis, optimization, and standardization of maintenance processes
  • Practical experience with analytical methods such as FMEA, RCA, or Six Sigma
  • Experience using CAFM systems is preferred
