Job Summary
As a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Mechanical Design Customised department, you will lead the technical execution of new projects for an international technology group. Your daily responsibilities include developing modules for standard machinery, specifically focusing on blister and sachet packaging machines, and designing customized variants of assemblies and individual components. You will be responsible for the dimensioning of pneumatic and servo-motor drives, as well as the creation of critical technical documentation such as functional descriptions and risk assessments. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to conduct design reviews and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the technical processing of mechanical engineering projects
- Experience in the development of modules for standard machinery, ideally in blister or sachet packaging
- Advanced experience using 3D-CAD software, specifically Siemens NX
- Practical experience working with ERP and PLM systems such as SAP and Teamcenter
- Experience in coordinating and integrating tasks with internal and external service providers
