Job Summary
As a Senior Building Technology Manager at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, you will be responsible for the management and optimization of technical building systems with a primary focus on electrical engineering and building automation (MSR/GLT). Your day-to-day role involves defining and implementing electrical installation requirements for core business operations, developing long-term strategies for technical services, and overseeing external service providers for maintenance and repairs. You will also lead the electrical safety organization, ensuring compliance with all legal and technical regulations. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working in a complex, interdisciplinary environment. The role offers a highly attractive hybrid work model ('Flexibel') with 3-4 days on-site in Unterföhring and the remainder remote, alongside extensive benefits including 30 days of vacation, professional development through the P7S1 Academy, and the opportunity to work remotely from other EU countries for up to 30 days per year.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in the management of technical building systems, preferably within the media technology industry
- Proven success in leading and managing complex technical and organizational projects in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in the delegation of specialized tasks and generalist management of complex situations
- Professional experience in facility management is desirable
- Experience in managing external service providers for maintenance, inspection, and repair services
