Job Summary

As an Object Manager for Apleona Logistics Services in Schkeuditz, you will be responsible for the technical and infrastructural management of DHL properties. Your daily activities will include order processing, coordinating maintenance measures, and managing external service providers such as janitorial and reception staff. You will act as a central point of contact for users, providing expert advice and handling complaint management. A significant part of the role involves quality assurance of technical master data, environmental and energy management, and the creation of detailed reports regarding waste, costs, and energy consumption. This position is unique for its integration into a major logistics environment (DHL) and operates within a multi-shift system (24/7 or 3-shift) to ensure continuous operational readiness.
