Job Summary

As the Head of Warehouse Facility Management, you will be responsible for the technical and infrastructural operations of a large-scale logistics center in Gießen. Your daily responsibilities include leading a diverse team of facility managers, technicians, and administrative staff, while serving as the primary point of contact for external service providers. You will oversee the maintenance of building technology, ensure compliance with legal inspection requirements, and manage the facility's budget and operating costs. A key part of the role involves acting as a 'Power User' for CAFM, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS) to optimize site performance.
