Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive technical management and supervision of building systems (MEP) for a facility in Berlin. As the primary onsite supervisor, you will lead a team of 14 technicians to ensure the optimal technical condition of the property. Your daily responsibilities include planning and controlling maintenance, renovation, and modernization projects, whether performed in-house or by external contractors. You will be responsible for material procurement, tracking repair orders, and conducting performance acceptances. A critical part of the role involves ensuring traffic safety and supervising external service providers regarding occupational safety standards.
