Job Summary

As an ITSM Product Manager, you will take on the technical and strategic responsibility for an established IT Service Management product within a successful software company. You will act as the interface between development, sales, consulting, and customers, actively shaping the future of a highly flexible ITSM tool. Your daily tasks will include managing the product lifecycle from ideation to rollout, analyzing market and customer requirements, creating and maintaining requirement documents, and conducting product presentations. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in the ITSM environment (e.g., as PreSales Consultant, ITSM Consultant, Product Owner, or Project Manager)
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM standards and processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Request Fulfillment)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, OTRS, OMNITRACKER, Matrix42)
