Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Environmental Protection, you will be instrumental in overseeing groundwater treatment plants and various environmental projects. Your daily tasks will involve organizing maintenance and sampling for environmental technicians, defining analysis scopes with laboratories, and actively participating in fieldwork to resolve issues. You will be responsible for compiling monthly and annual reports, presenting findings to clients and authorities, and contributing to new project proposals, including feasibility studies and cost calculations. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to manage projects from initial proposal to successful completion, ensuring a holistic approach without handover losses. The position is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in environmental engineering or related sciences, who enjoys a blend of hands-on work, strategic planning, and client interaction in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, preferably in Environmental Technology/Environmental Protection, or comparable technical/scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Geology)
Experience
- Professional experience in environmental technology/environmental protection, or a comparable technical or scientific background as a Chemist, Biologist, or Geologist
- Experience in organizing maintenance and sampling for environmental technicians
- Experience in defining analysis scope with laboratories
- Experience in compiling and presenting project reports and findings
- Experience in preparing proposals and contributing to economic feasibility studies and calculations
