Job Summary

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes within the Transmitter Operations department, focusing on temperature and pressure sensors for automotive, medical, and household electronics. Your daily tasks will include coordinating departmental activities, assigning and monitoring tasks, and fostering employee development towards self-reliant work. A key part of your role will be ensuring and managing all necessary production planning tasks based on customer orders and delivery dates. You will also contribute to the planning, testing, and introduction of new technologies in collaboration with process engineering and development teams.
