This role involves supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Klinikum St. Georg. On a daily basis, you will manage the QM manual, plan and evaluate internal and external surveys, and prepare documentation for medical audits and statutory quality assurance. You will also serve as a key point of contact for complaint management and the Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS). Beyond routine quality monitoring, you will facilitate internal audits, lead staff training on QM methods, and assist in cross-departmental projects.
