Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Geoinformation at TRIGIS in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical GIS solutions and commercial project success. Your daily responsibilities include supporting the commercial and technical planning of Geo-IT and development projects, leading a multidisciplinary team across GIS and telecommunications sectors, and driving the strategic sales of WebGIS solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, conceptualizing innovative product developments, and preparing professional proposals. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on Geoinformation/Geosciences, or a technical degree with relevant experience in GIS and geodatabases.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in the implementation of Geo-IT projects or technical documentation of telecommunications networks
- Initial experience in project management using classic or agile methodologies
- Professional experience in team leadership and personnel management within flat hierarchies
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales of server/web-based GIS solutions
Languages
Additional
- Driving license class B is desirable. Willingness to travel is required for client interactions and project sites. Position is based in Berlin (Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg).
