Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital transformation of the City of Emsdetten by managing and evolving its technical IT systems and Geoinformation Systems (GIS). You will be responsible for the administration and implementation of software applications used in urban planning, driving the development of the city's 'Digital Twin' and urban data platforms. Day-to-day tasks include integrating geodata into existing infrastructure, managing software updates, coordinating with vendors, and leading digitalization projects with a spatial focus. The position is ideal for those who enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, as you will work closely with the Smart City team and train users on GIS applications. Required Skills

Education
