Job Summary
This role involves establishing and leading a newly formed IT Staff Unit at the Library Service Center Baden-Württemberg (BSZ) in Konstanz. As the Head of the IT Staff Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including university data centers and external service providers. Your day-to-day activities will include strategic planning for IT deployment, managing IT investment and project planning, and ensuring the stability of core IT infrastructure such as workstations and networks. You will work in close coordination with the directorate to align IT services with the needs of academic libraries, museums, and archives. Completed scientific university degree (Master's level or equivalent)
