Job Summary
As the IT Team Lead at mainkinzigGas, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the IT department for a regional energy supplier. Your daily activities will involve developing and aligning the IT strategy with executive management, overseeing budget planning, and ensuring the continuous maintenance of ISMS certification (ISO 27001) in accordance with critical infrastructure (KRITIS) regulations. You will lead a small team of two employees while coordinating external service providers and the external IT Security Officer. This role is ideal for a professional who balances strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality to optimize IT processes and security standards. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor / FH) in the field of IT or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 5 years of practical professional experience in the IT sector
- Initial leadership experience required
- Experience in the KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) environment
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and IT security architecture
- Experience in project and process management
