As an ERP Application Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the proALPHA ERP system within a leading metal manufacturing company. Your daily responsibilities include providing user support, gathering and specifying requirements from various departments, and optimizing internal business processes within the ERP environment. You will play a critical role in the company's digital landscape by creating technical documentation, conducting user training, and actively participating in the conceptualization and implementation of cross-departmental IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Business Management Assistant, IT Specialist for System Integration/Application Development) or a comparable qualification/further education.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in ERP application support
- Proven experience working with the proALPHA ERP system is highly preferred
- Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and further developing internal business processes
- Background in creating IT-related documentation and conducting process-oriented training
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional IT projects and system implementations
