Job Summary

This role involves the hands-on technical management and optimization of hardware and software infrastructure for a leading IT solutions provider. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous hardware tests on workstation PCs, servers, kiosk systems, and various peripherals such as printers and scanners. A significant portion of the day-to-day work focuses on analyzing log files to diagnose failures and automating installation processes for both PCs and servers to improve operational efficiency. You will also be tasked with maintaining the installation environment, updating operating systems, and managing driver deployments. Required Skills

Education

  • Extensive experience working within Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining Shell scripts for various operating systems
