Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring product safety and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include managing validations, evaluating deviations, and processing change controls within a strictly regulated environment. You will be responsible for coordinating error analyses, tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensuring all documentation meets international GMP standards. This role requires high-level collaboration with departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Compliance Management, and Engineering, as well as supporting global teams during regulatory inspections. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience in quality assurance within a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in managing validations and processing change controls
  • Proven track record in handling deviations and implementing CAPA measures
  • Experience in reviewing master documents and ensuring compliance with international standards
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs and Engineering
