Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Technician at FERCHAU, you will serve as the central point of contact for all incoming service requests and technical incidents. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, prioritizing, and documenting hardware and software issues via phone and email, providing essential First Level Support. Required Skills
