Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support to customers primarily from the DACH region and increasingly internationally, handling inquiries via phone and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, collaborating with customers to develop and implement solutions, and coordinating with external service providers for installations and troubleshooting. Meticulous documentation of all inquiries, tasks, and outcomes within the ticketing system is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess a vocational degree in IT or electrical engineering, coupled with at least three years of experience in technical customer service. Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and a C1 level in German, along with good English skills, are essential for this dynamic position.
