Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician at NConsult GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local technical assistance, operating directly at the client's workplace in Frankfurt am Main. Your daily responsibilities involve diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring equipment, and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other specialized IT teams to ensure seamless operations and participate in exciting IT rollouts and projects.
