As an Expert Strategic Development Sun Care, you will lead the independent development and manufacturing of innovative cosmetic formulations, focusing specifically on sun protection and after-sun care. Operating from the company's headquarters in Aachen, you will evaluate cutting-edge raw materials such as organic and mineral UV filters, film-formers, and emulsifiers to expand a global premium skincare portfolio. Your role involves bridging the gap between laboratory innovation and industrial production, overseeing technology transfers, and optimizing manufacturing processes for bulk production. You will act as a technical consultant for the Product Development & Innovation departments, solving complex formulation challenges and ensuring compliance with regulatory and economic frameworks. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree in Natural Sciences or a completed technical vocational training in a relevant scientific field.

- Extensive scientific knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and cosmetic trends
- Proven experience in managing technology transfers and scale-up processes
- Experience in evaluating formulation feasibility and safety concepts
