As an AI & Data Scientist at Siemens, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of global supply chain performance through the Multi-Dimensional Commodity Management (MDCM) framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and scaling a unified data and application framework that integrates advanced analytics and cutting-edge Agentic-AI capabilities. You will architect data integration processes, build scalable data pipelines, and develop autonomous AI agents to support decision workflows across multi-tier and multi-region commodity management. The role requires a strategic mindset to align AI and data visions with global supply chain priorities while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. Required Skills
Education
Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience with emerging Agentic AI paradigms in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in database design and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain management systems and ERP platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation agendas in a global organization.
- Experience in change management and strategic enterprise-first thinking.
