Job Summary

As a Systems Expert for Helicopter Avionics Test Facilities, you will play a critical role in supporting the software development and maintenance for the TIGER and NH90 helicopter platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the maintenance, modification, and conceptual redesign of avionics test rigs and benches. This includes troubleshooting electrical and electronic circuits, developing custom measurement equipment for specific fault finding, and ensuring the integrity of aviation-related cabling. You will act as a technical consultant for electronic systems and contribute significantly to technical documentation, including integration and test plans. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of aerospace engineering and systems integration. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training or further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Electronics, Electrical Installation, Automation Technology, Aircraft Electronics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in electronics, electrical installation, automation technology, or aircraft electronics
  • Proven experience in the construction and maintenance of electrical systems and test facilities
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as specifications and test plans
  • Experience working with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., VDE, ARINC)
