Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration with the 2nd employee examination (Administrative Specialist/Verwaltungsfachwirt), or a degree with career qualification for the 2nd career group (1st entry level), or a comparable degree in Business Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in public sector accounting and budgeting is highly desirable
- Experience in municipal financial law and administrative procedures
- Experience in preparing political decision templates and committee participation
- Leadership experience in managing administrative departments or teams
