Job Summary
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical innovation and commercial success within the automotive power electronics sector. Working for a dynamic company that combines start-up agility with the legacy of the alfatec Group, you will support senior managers in overseeing the entire project lifecycle for Tier-1 automotive clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating technical solutions, managing prototype phases through to series production, and conducting negotiations with international partners. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with interdisciplinary teams and direct communication with management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a comparable qualification; ambitious commercial professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in technology, development, or project management
- Experience in technical and commercial project organization for Automotive Tier-1 customers
- Experience in creating offers and negotiating with international customers and partners
- Experience in coordinating prototype deliveries and development activities
