As an IT Team Lead within the Development 2 department at LBBW, you will spearhead the Mainframe Development group, bridging the gap between stable production operations and modern development culture. Your day-to-day involves disciplinary leadership of a software development team, providing mentorship, and managing developer capacities in collaboration with various stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the mainframe environment by supporting legacy modernization, API enabling, and DevOps automation. This position is unique because it combines high-level technical oversight of IBM Mainframe systems with strategic initiatives like Java z/OS integration and AI tool utilization. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of deep professional experience in IBM Mainframe environments
- Proven experience in disciplinary leadership and people management
- Experience in software quality assurance and release procedures within z/OS
- Professional experience in securities business domain and regulations
- Experience in capacity planning and stakeholder management
