As an IT Administrator for User & Access Management, you will be responsible for the central administration and monitoring of user accounts and access rights across the company. Your daily tasks include optimizing authorization workflows and managing the internal email infrastructure, ensuring smooth server operations and providing support for mail-related inquiries. You will act as a key communicator between HR, management, and various IT departments to ensure security protocols and deadlines are met. Beyond routine administration, you will play a vital role in internal projects aimed at process improvement. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration), Information Technology Officer (Informatikkaufmann), or a comparable qualification.
