Job Summary
As a DATEV Consultant at emeis Deutschland GmbH in Karlsruhe, you will serve as a critical bridge between financial accounting and IT administration within the Social and Health Care sector. Your daily responsibilities include configuring DATEV software (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, Unternehmen Online), managing system updates, and acting as a key user for internal departments. You will optimize IT infrastructure to increase efficiency, create technical documentation, and establish best practices for digital collaboration. This role is unique because it combines deep financial accounting knowledge with technical IT administration, allowing you to shape the digital future of a leading European healthcare provider. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Financial Accountant, Tax Assistant, or Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter). Certifications in DATEV or IT Security are highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience as a General Ledger Accountant, Tax Assistant, or in a similar financial role
- Extensive experience with DATEV software products and modules
- Proven experience in supporting and managing Microsoft system environments
- Experience in technical system optimization and digital workflow implementation
- Experience in providing internal consulting and knowledge transfer to specialist departments
