Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or Technician at Friedehorst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical infrastructure of a 10-hectare campus in Bremen. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing critical systems such as building management systems (GLT), fire alarm systems (BMA), and nurse call systems. You will be responsible for technical specifications, obtaining quotes from external contractors, and ensuring the quality of their work. A significant part of the role involves organizing and documenting legally required technical inspections to ensure the 24/7 operational readiness of residential and healthcare facilities. This position is particularly attractive due to its participation in the 'Eldon-Burke-Quartier' master plan project, offering the chance to shape future campus developments. Required Skills

Experience

- Proven track record in organizing and documenting statutory technical tests
- Experience working within a structured, analytical, and independent framework
