Job Summary

This high-responsibility role involves the technical supervision of tissue processing at the Stuttgart Tissue Bank. As the 'Responsible Person' (VP) under Section 20c of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG), you will ensure that all tissue preparations are processed, preserved, tested, stored, and distributed in strict compliance with legal frameworks including the AMG, TPG, and GMP standards. Your daily activities will include optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting final releases of tissue grafts, and providing leadership to the department. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master or Diploma) in Biology, Biochemistry, Human Medicine, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the processing or treatment of tissues or tissue preparations
  • Proven expertise (Sachkenntnis) according to Section 20c Paragraph 3 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG)
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred
  • Experience in leadership or management roles with high social competence requirements
