As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including the definition, evaluation, and verification of project requirements. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining data within IBM DOORS NG, conducting reviews, and compiling verification documentation according to corporate standards. A significant part of this position involves leadership through the independent organization and moderation of stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements. Required Skills

Education

University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in a technical field or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Requirements Management and Systems Engineering
  • Proven experience in defining, evaluating, and verifying technical requirements
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating technical workshops
  • Hands-on experience with standard requirements management tools, specifically IBM DOORS NG or IBM JAZZ
  • Experience working within corporate standards and methodologies
