Job Summary

This part-time position at the University of Potsdam's Center for Information Technology and Media Management (ZIM) involves providing essential IT support and services to students and faculty. As an IT Service Assistant, you will manage IT pool rooms, oversee the rental of technical equipment, and provide hands-on technical support for platforms like Moodle, WLAN, and software installations. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to conduct specialized tutorials in areas such as LaTeX, Git, and C++, as well as supporting digital examinations and university events. The role is ideally suited for students looking for professional experience within a university environment.
