Job Summary

As an Analyst in the Telecom, Media, Technology (TMT), and Healthcare sector at ING Germany, you will play a pivotal role in origination activities and strategic client dialogue. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating high-quality pitch presentations, conducting in-depth market and competitor analyses, and evaluating complex financial information such as term sheets and information memorandums. You will support senior relationship managers throughout the entire deal life cycle, from initial pitchbooks to due diligence and internal credit committee processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop sector-specific expertise while working on live transactions across various product lines including Corporate Finance, Lending, and Debt Capital Markets. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in analyzing annual financial statements and cash flow models
  • Professional experience in creating pitchbooks and responding to Requests for Proposals (RfPs)
  • Experience in international environments is preferred
  • Proven track record in conducting peer-group and trading benchmark evaluations
