Job Summary
As a Laboratory Technician or Scientist in Pharmaceutical Development at Pensatech Pharma, you will play a vital role in the research and development of innovative drug delivery systems, including biodegradable microparticles, implants, and liposomes. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing analytical testing on active ingredients and pharmaceutical formulations within both research and GMP-regulated environments. You will utilize advanced instrumental methods such as HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, and particle size measurement to ensure high reproducibility and data integrity. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy structured laboratory work while contributing to scientific innovation. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern laboratory equipment in a collaborative, agile environment in Berlin-Adlershof. You will be responsible for the evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of analytical data, supporting national and international pharmaceutical clients from early-stage research through to quality control.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant (CTA, PTA, BTA) or an academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a comparable field).
Experience
- Practical experience in an analytical laboratory environment
- Experience in the analytical characterization of active ingredients and pharmaceutical formulations
- Professional experience working within a research or GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in evaluating, interpreting, and documenting analytical data
