Job Summary

This role involves supporting and further developing Business Intelligence (BI) systems, acting as a key point of contact for clients. The specialist will provide 2nd level application support in collaboration with external service providers, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing BI interfaces, assisting with the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of applications, and conducting user training and workshops. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience with BI or Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions, and a solid understanding of databases, SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
