Job Summary

As the IT Service Owner for the Product Specification System Tires, you will lead a global R&D IT service team in Hannover, Germany. This role is central to ensuring high-quality service operations and continuous development of the Teamcenter (Siemens) platform. You will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle, including day-to-day operations, maintenance, and software customization while adhering to ITSM standards and defined SLAs. Your daily tasks involve managing infrastructure providers, overseeing incident and release management, and translating complex business requirements into technical designs. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of responsibility in a global technology company, offering a blend of leadership, application development, and strategic governance. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years in application operations and software development (JAVA, C/C++)
  • Profound experience with Teamcenter customization is mandatory
  • Proven experience in service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading global R&D IT service teams consisting of internal and external members
  • Demonstrated experience in project management using SCRUM, KANBAN, and Waterfall methodologies
