Job Summary
As a Data Quality Officer at ROLAND, you will serve as the central point of contact for all data quality management topics within the insurance sector. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring and refining standards, metrics, and procedures to ensure data integrity across operational and dispositive datasets, as well as system interfaces. You will coordinate cross-functional data quality meetings, manage escalations regarding data deficits, and assess how IT system changes impact reporting, particularly for accounting-relevant data. A key part of the role involves creating regular data quality reports and ensuring transparent documentation of all processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in data quality management, data governance, or quality management is mandatory
- Experience working with Data Warehouse architectures and BI tools
- Professional experience in coordinating and moderating cross-functional teams
- Experience in assessing IT system changes and their impact on data reporting
- Preferred experience with insurance-specific systems and processes for contract and claims processing
