Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Manager based in Neckarsulm, you will be a proactive leader, supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager in client relationship management and contractual matters. A key part of your role will be managing escalations and continuously developing existing services across departments. You will also provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the IT Service Team, act as the central point of contact for clients, and lead client and project meetings. Ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is crucial. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT training, similar technical vocational training, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience with remote support, managing service desks, and using ticket systems
  • Practical experience in various operational situations and acting as an interface to customers and contractual partners
  • Experience with established service concepts and processes
  • Desirable experience with work contracts, service contracts, and service and operating manuals
  • Desirable knowledge in procurement, storage, installation, disposal, onsite user support, deployment control
