This role offers a transition from manual field work to a professional office environment, focusing on technical support for residential photovoltaic systems from a renowned German manufacturer. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for installation partners and technicians on-site. Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues via telephone, documenting cases in a CRM system, and coordinating spare parts orders or specialist deployments. You will work closely with internal departments to identify recurring issues and improve service quality. This position is particularly attractive for those seeking a better work-life balance, offering flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, no weekend or emergency shifts, and the possibility of hybrid remote work after an initial training period. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Photovoltaics, Heat Pumps, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or photovoltaics
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience in customer communication and service-oriented interaction
- Experience using standard office software and IT systems
- Experience with building technology products such as inverters and battery storage is preferred
